May 26, 2014 Hello Everyone! It has been a long but busy winter. We have been working away on our new barn which should be ready for next year’s opening season. We have also been busy making new creations in the winery for your enjoyment this season. Something totally different in our product line this year; hard cider! Tom has created a delicious apple cider with subtle carbonation. Note that as it is carbonated, tastings for this product will be done at certain times otherwise the cider will go flat We have a new white – Proprietor’s Reserve – which is a blend of three grapes and yes, one of my new favourites, hence the name. We have a new release of Frontenac Gris; a bit different in taste from 2012, looking forward to seeing what you think of it. The vintage has changed from 2011 to 2012 for the Barrel Fermented Chardonnay but it still has that soft smooth butterscotch taste. April 7, 2014 A few of you have been asking, so ok, yes, we will be open for sales Saturday, April 5th and Saturday April 12th between 11am and 4pm so you can pick up what you need for your Easter weekend.
