There are some people, (ok, many people) who have said that we need to stay open longer. It is difficult for us as we process our grapes where the retail store is located – already have apple cider and Marquette on the go. So as we had already planned to be open the weekend of the Richmond Fair for sales, we have decided to reopen the tasting patio as well, one last time,
before we close for the season.
We will be open this Friday through Sunday from 11am to 5pm. So you will be able to get your wines for Thanks Giving, and for those of you who had planned on coming all summer and didn’t make it, you’ll be able to taste a few wines to see what all the fuss is about 🙂
So come and see us after or before you enjoy yourselves at the Richmond Fair – September 20th, 21st & 22nd.

We have also been busy making new creations in the winery for your enjoyment this season. Something totally different in our product line this year; hard cider! Tom has created a delicious apple cider with subtle carbonation. Note that as it is carbonated, tastings for this product will be done at certain times otherwise the cider will go flat We have a new white – Proprietor’s Reserve – which is a blend of three grapes and yes, one of my new favourites, hence the name. We have a new release of Frontenac Gris; a bit different in taste from 2012, looking forward to seeing what you think of it. The vintage has changed from 2011 to 2012 for the Barrel Fermented Chardonnay but it still has that soft smooth butterscotch taste.  April 7, 2014 A few of you have been asking, so ok, yes, we will be open for sales Saturday, April 5th and Saturday April 12th between 11am and 4pm so you can pick up what you need for your Easter weekend.
